You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

✅ Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The product must be mostly unused (at least 90% of the content should be intact)

  • The item should be in its original condition and packaging

🔄 Return & Exchange Process

  • All valid return or exchange requests are processed within 3 to 5 working days

  • Please contact us with your order number, issue details, and photos (if applicable)

💾 Delivery Charges

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Customers are responsible for the delivery charges incurred for exchanging products

  • However, if the product was damaged, leaked, or incorrect, we will cover all return and reshipment costs

📩 Orders Over Rs. 5,000

  • Orders above Rs. 5,000 are eligible for exchange only

  • Refunds are not offered for high-value purchases, but we’re happy to assist with a smooth exchange
